Core production
Weaving and embroidery use different production routes
The right route follows the artwork: woven construction for flat fine detail, embroidery for raised stitch texture.
Weaving-machine detail
The close view shows the yarn-fed weaving route used for flat, high-detail trim constructions.
Buyer inputs: minimum text size, weave density, face and reverse requirements.
Multi-head embroidery
Embroidery builds raised stitch texture for badge-style patches and embroidered keychains.

Cutting and finishing
Shape, edge and fold are production decisions
Not every product uses every machine. The approved construction determines whether the order needs laser cutting, ultrasonic slitting, automatic folding or manual edge finishing.
Laser cutting
Custom contours and irregular patch shapes are cut to the approved outline.
Ultrasonic slitting
Ultrasonic processing creates sealed cut edges on suitable woven goods.
Automatic folding
Approved fold type and finished dimensions guide the label-folding route.
Edge sewing and finishing
Manual finishing handles edge, attachment and final-detail operations that depend on the product.

Computer weaving
The core line. Artwork is translated to yarn and woven as damask, satin or taffeta labels, patches and keychain bodies.

Label printing
Care labels and printed satin or nylon labels with composition, size and wash data.

Screen printing
Flat color prints on labels and tapes where woven yarn is not the right route.

Embroidery
Raised stitch texture for badge-style patches and embroidered keychains.

Heat transfer
Tagless transfer labels applied directly to fabric for skin-contact positions.

Ultrasonic cutting
Clean sealed edges on woven goods without fraying.

Laser cutting
Custom patch shapes and fine contours cut to the artwork outline.
Before shipment
What the team checks
- Artwork clarity and spelling against the approved proof
- Color within the available yarn or print route
- Cut size, fold position and edge feel
- Backing adhesion, eyelet strength or hardware placement where applicable
- Packing count per bundle, roll or carton
Approved designs, yarn choices and machine settings stay in the ERP so repeat orders can follow the recorded setup.
