Custom Heat Transfer Patches
A heat transfer patch runs on the same press as a tagless label but does a different job. The label is a soft print on the inside of the neck that replaces a sewn label. The patch is a die-cut transfer on the outside of the garment that replaces a stitched patch — full-colour artwork, no needle, no thread.
- Full-colour artwork — gradients, cartoon characters and photo-style detail that embroidery cannot reproduce.
- Die-cut to shape — round, shield, character outline or a custom contour with a clean merrowed edge.
- Press-on application — the same heat press and settings as your neck transfers, so one line covers both.
