Privacy Notice
SAIM Label uses inquiry information only to reply to quote requests and production questions. This notice is kept short and factual. Last updated: September 2026.
Inquiry data
When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the RFQ form, you may provide your name, company, email, phone, artwork and product requirements. This information is used to prepare quotations, proofs and order communication. The RFQ form is delivered to manager@saimlabel.com via the FormSubmit relay service.
We do not run a mailing list. You will only hear from us about the specific quotation, sample or order you contacted us about.
Files and artwork
Uploaded or emailed artwork is treated as buyer-provided project material. Do not send confidential files unless you are authorized to share them for quotation and production review.
Artwork is used to produce your order and to reproduce it for repeat orders. We do not publish client artwork or company names without permission, and we do not pass artwork to other buyers.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade inquiry data. We do not share your contact details or artwork with other customers, and we do not use your information for advertising.
Service providers involved
Delivering a quotation involves only a small number of service providers. The form you submit is relayed to our business inbox by FormSubmit and then handled by us directly. This website is served by Vercel, which also provides the aggregate visit statistics described below. Inquiry emails and their attachments are stored in our company mailbox for order correspondence.
Analytics and cookies
We use aggregate visit statistics to see which pages buyers read. These counts cover page views, visitors and referring sites. They are not used for advertising and are not used to build a profile of you as an individual. This site sets no advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
Inquiry and order records are kept for as long as they are needed to serve your order and to handle any after-sales follow-up. Artwork is kept so that a repeat order can be reproduced without you resending the files. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Your requests
You can ask what inquiry or artwork information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email manager@saimlabel.com and we will action the request and confirm back to you.
