Embroidered
Highest stitch coverage, so fine detail and small lettering survive. Pilot $0.65/pc, then $0.19–$0.38/pc at volume. Embroidery patches.
SAIM Label makes jacket patches in Dongguan: MOQ 50 pcs per design, embroidered and chenille from $0.65/pc, leather from $0.60/pc, production 10–12 days after proof.
Jacket patches are usually one of three constructions. Chenille and leather read as heritage, embroidery carries fine detail — the artwork decides, not the price.

Raised loop pile for varsity and letterman looks. Pilot $0.65/pc, then $0.25–$0.50/pc at volume. Chenille patches.
Debossed, embossed or foil-pressed leather for a heritage look. Pilot $0.60/pc, then $0.04–$0.25/pc at volume. Leather patches.
Placement decides size and weight: a chest patch and a back piece are different builds even when the artwork is the same.
Size guide from our varsity notes: jackets take about 6 in for a chest or sleeve patch, back lettering is normally 8 in and up, and mascots or icons order as 3–5 in patches.
Three price bands, all taken from the pages already published for each construction. The quote confirms the band your artwork lands in.
