Trims for Apparel Brands and Private Labels
Apparel brands and private labels order their whole trim set from SAIM Label in one coordinated run: woven neck labels, size runs, printed care labels and hang tags, color-matched and shipped together. One artwork pack covers the set; approved designs stay on file for repeat collections.

The right constructions for this program

What experienced buyers specify up front
- Order size labels by sales ratio, not equal counts — a 2:3:3:2 spread across S–XL beats four equal stacks that leave you short of M and L.
- Color-matching across labels, care labels and tags is only reliable when they run in one factory batch; that is the practical reason to order the set together.
- Send label artwork as a separate vector file, not embedded in garment artwork — redrawing from a lookbook JPG adds a proof round.
- Decide care label content per target market early; the compliance checklist in our care label guide covers US and EU basics.
RFQ checklist
- Brand logo in vector (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS)
- Label sizes and fold preference, or ask us to suggest from the garment type
- Size range and ratio (e.g. S–XXL, 2:3:3:2:1)
- Care label text, or the target markets so content can be prepared for brand confirmation
- Quantity tiers per SKU for tiered pricing
Apparel Brands & Private Labels questions
Can one order include several sizes of the same label?
Yes. Size runs are normal production: the same design is woven or printed across the size breakdown you give, and cartons are counted per size.
Do you keep our label designs for repeat collections?
Yes. Approved artwork, constructions and settings stay on file in our ERP, so repeat orders skip sampling and run faster.
Can the trims ship directly to our garment factory?
Yes. The delivery address and shipping method are confirmed with the quote — many brands ship trims straight to their sewing factory.
