What experienced buyers specify up front
- Artwork must read at arm's length: bold shapes and short text beat detailed crests on a 13 x 3 cm tag.
- Keep a blank margin around the eyelet — artwork running into the hardware area is the most common promo-tag proof correction.
- Hardware color (silver, black, antique brass, gold tone) is part of the brand look; confirm it with the artwork, not after.
- Packing counts per bag or carton are confirmed with the quote — tell us if the tags must arrive pre-bagged per attendee kit.

What quantity do promo keychains start at?
Many catalog keychain items start from 50 pieces; bulk tiers are priced in the same quote so you can compare 100 / 500 / 2,000.
Can both sides carry different artwork?
Yes. Front and back can differ — logo on one side, event name, date or sponsor mark on the other.
Can you deliver before our event date?
Give the event date in the RFQ; production and shipping are scheduled against it in the quote, and repeats of approved designs run faster.
