Chenille
Raised towel-loop yarn on a felt base with merrow borders — the varsity look, best on single letters, numbers and simple shapes.

Motifs, shapes and backing
Holiday assortments are quoted as a mixed set or as single designs. Mixed sets suit retail packs and gift ranges; single designs suit a club, school or brand program. Send the artwork, finished size and backing you want and both routes are priced on the same quote.

What is the minimum order for Christmas patches?
50 pcs per design. A mixed holiday assortment is fine as long as each design reaches the 50 pcs minimum.
Which construction should I choose for holiday designs?
Embroidery on felt for outlines, lettering and character artwork; chenille when you want a raised varsity texture; felt die-cut when the shape alone carries the design and cost matters.
How long does a Christmas patch order take?
Production runs 10–12 days after you approve the proof. The proof is issued before production starts, so artwork is settled first.
Can the patches be iron-on for retail packs?
Yes. Heat seal backing is available alongside sew-on, adhesive and hook-and-loop. Test heat settings on the final garment fabric before a full run.
Do you make custom shapes and sizes?
Yes. Patches are die-cut to your artwork, so the outline follows the design rather than a fixed die.
